Up to £650 per day (inside IR35)

I’m seeking an experienced SuccessFactors Specialist/Consultant to join my client on a 6-month contract. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of the SuccessFactors platform.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing UAT delivery within TA and co-ordination of the relevant teams
• Support platform migration to mitigate risks
• Collaborate with various senior managers to understand change impacts on the business
• Supporting design, work flows, and reporting
• Go live support

Requirements:

• 4+ years SuccessFactors experience
• Experience within large scale SuccessFactors implementations
• Demonstrable experience of delivery and strategy in talent acquisition projects
• Familiar with a variety of SF modules
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
