The role

Technical implementation Project Manager who will be reporting to the Head of Implementation, it will be your reasonability to bring some of the largest businesses out there onto our client’s unique platform. This is probably one of the most important roles to the business.
You will need to be technical astute but also have great persuasion skills that will help you bring large businesses though a multi-layered approval process.

Responsibilities

• You are capable of articulating complex technical details, concepts and information in an easy to understand format.
• You are a persuasive communicator, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• You have client facing experience with an ability to manage internal and external stakeholders (business and technical).
• You have previous technical experience in project managing and implementing cloud-based / SaaS financial service products in a highly regulated, ISO 27001 certified environment.
• Lead clients through the implementation/onboarding process using methods such as calls, virtual meetings/screen shares, site visits, emails and supporting documentation.
• You have technical implementation and project management experience and will have previously worked with scrum teams.
• You are resilient, empathetic, collaborative, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with excellent organisational, time and project management skills.
• Provide support to clients in the days, weeks or sometimes months following go-live.
• Manage key stakeholders and maintain excellent relationships with clients throughout the implementation/onboarding journey.
• Understand and accurately communicate the information security controls, concepts and processes in place to clients.
• Work closely with the Head of Implementation to continually improve processes, supporting documentation and time to go-live

Ideal experience BUT not essential

• Knowledge on which flavor of Agile to use and when to use it
• Experience in Technical Project management
• You have demonstrable knowledge of web apps, encryption, hosting infrastructure, SFTP, APIs, encryption, data protection and information security.
• You have a qualification in Project Management (e.g. PMP/Prince II Certification).
