My client is looking for a Business Analyst for a project in Saudi, you will be required to travel up to 50% of the contract. We will sort visa and travel costs to be expensed.

• Produce the next level of detail required for technical delivery from the service and experience designs produced by the Service and Operational lead
• Develop and iteratively build out the Tourism Operations Guide documenting key operational processes following definition of a Service Design User Journey
• Determining the fields required in a shared data model for visitors, hotels, partner services, mobility sectors and regions. This will form the basis of CDP, SIP and therefore the seamless experience.
• Collate content for Safana and determine business requirements
• Work with Technical Lead and Product Owner to capture and document other project specific Business Requirements
• Maintaining the Tourism Service Portfolio on SharePoint
• Identifying processes with potential to automate
