CTO (Healthcare Technology)

Salt are currently working on an exclusive basis with an innovative technology based Healthcare company who are currently on the look for a CTO to join their new team based in London.

The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will help to scale and develop the organisations suite of blockchain based systems for outcome based contracting in Healthcare.

As the executive owner of their technical vision and road-map, the CTO will be expected to set a high bar for execution and pace-setting across geographically distributed implementations.

Experience:

• Previous track record of building high performance teams that can operate autonomously
• Strong team player who can navigate between big picture thinking and low level technical details
• A quick learner who can synthesise the needs of the Healthcare market and industry with strategic bets on technologies that accelerate and improve the product delivery

Current Tech:

JavaScript, Solidity, Python, Corda, Kotlin, Java, AWS, GCP

Responsibilities

• Setting and leading technical vision and architecture for the company
• Designing and implementing cross product API’s
• Developing a strong relationship between product and engineering teams
• Making executive decisions on behalf of the company’s technical requirements
• Keeping the company ahead of emerging technology trends
• Effectively communicating the status, value, and importance of data assets across the company o Leading, motivating, and managing large technical teams
• Any experience with applied big data technologies (plus)
