Engineering Lead

A highly experienced Engineering Lead is required to join a rapidly growing scale up business based in Leicester Square.

This is an exciting time to join a company that has gone through a big change in the last year. In the last year alone, my client has undergone a major transformation with a number of successful hires being added to the team with a big push to scale up the development team.

As an Engineering Lead you will be able to lead a team of back end and front-end engineers. You will be working external clients so previous experience of this is a must.

You should live and breathe technology and possess a proven track record of delivering key projects on time and to a high standard.

You must be passionate about making an impact and always act with integrity. You should continuously push yourself to achieve new goals and are not afraid to question the status quo by proposing creative solutions to problems.

Required skills:

• At least 5 years’ experience in commercial software development.
• At least 2 years’ experience of managing junior developers
• Strong understanding of C#, ASP.Net
• Experience of JavaScript and ReactJs
