Reward Consultant – Government – Fully Remote – Inside IR35 – 3 Months – £300/day – Pay Reviews

A key Public Sector client is looking for a Reward Consultant with knowledge and exposure in the MENA region or globally, for the design and delivery of the MENA 23/24 pay review. Including, but not limited to managing the data (internal and external) collection and providing analysis for all 17 countries within the MENA region. To include all local staff on teaching and non-teaching contracts.

Skills/experience required:

  • Experience of working in a multinational and multi-cultural organisation.
  • Experience of working across multiple lines of business/divisions, in a multicultural environment.
  • Experience of design and implementation of reward strategy in a variety of sectors, in particular not for profit
  • Experience of working with market data providers, in particular Korn Ferry and Birches. Experience of working with pay flex and merit matrix pay models.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize data and develop insights; in depth knowledge of job evaluation and pay market analysis
  • Proven skills in influencing stakeholders at all levels, to gain buy-in
  • Effective communication skills
