We are currently looking for a Salesforce Analyst to be part of our client’s Business Technology Solutions function
Responsibilities:
- Join the Salesforce technical team to support CRM globalization implementation.
- Act as a point of escalation for Servicenow ticketing system for advanced issue resolution.
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting expertise
- Participate in projects, provide expertise in relevant technologies and interpret end-user needs into scalable solutions.
- Work with the Order management, Systems Integrations, and Quality Assurance teams to ensure that solutions are of a high standard and transition into efficient Business as Usual services with a high level of internal client satisfaction.
- Assist in the design, configuration, and implementation of Salesforce applications and solutions.
- Collaborate with our media Order Management System (OMS) provider BrightMedia in our use of their BrightGen Salesforce accelerator.
- Participate in workshops to gather detailed requirements from the business and assist in preparing Technical Design Documents.
- Maintain a catalog of all CRM data flows process maps, and systems landscape we have across brands (including use cases).
Essential Skills & Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience working with Salesforce Ecosystem including Sales Cloud.
- Ability to proactively monitor and maintain security reviews, Optimizer, Health Checks, and maintenance release updates.
- Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities
- Data management skills that improve data quality, by using validation rules and automation tools
- Relevant Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Administrator, Advanced Administrator)
- Working understanding of Agile, Scrum, Design Thinking, and Lean Startup principles
- Experience with reporting and analytics tools
- The ability to work in a changing environment, under pressure, handling multiple projects simultaneously
- You have excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Minimum BE/BTech in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience is acceptable
