Greater London Contract £500 - £550.00 per day

Android Developer | Contract | Inside IR35 | £550-575 p/day | Nottingham/Remote

My client is looking for an Android Developer to join their growing team. We are looking for engineers who have demonstrated an ability to produce real working mobile app products, who are passionate about software engineering and have a good grasp of the latest technologies.

Their tech stack continues to evolve with industry best practice and the latest Android APIs.

You will need good knowledge of at least:

· An understanding of the Android platform and its app lifecycle

· Experience with mobile App development in Java and/or Kotlin, with good understanding of debugging and testing on this platform

· Delivering apps through the Google Play Store

· Working within a team to deliver features collaboratively

You would be joining a delivery team who use Scrum and would be part of an organisation that focuses on agility at its core. You’ll find it easiest to understand the way the team work if you’ve worked using Agile delivery methods in the past, but it’s not mandatory. We also have regular knowledge sharing sessions, hack days, team building days and so much more.
