Application Designer

Europe Contract €500 - €650 per day

Salt is currently recruiting for a globally recognised Financial services company in Belgium. Our customer is working on some new assignments in 2022, therefore is keen to hire an Application Designer with immediate effect.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Technical expertise in the design, development, coding, testing and debugging of software
  • Strong knowledge of web services (WSDL, Soap, Restful)
  • Be a highly collaborative problem solver, able to devise solutions to business problems
  • Thorough understanding of the software development process, including but not limited to customer requirements gathering, data modelling, application analysis, development, testing, documentation, system acceptance and post migration validation.
  • Able to engage and influence internal colleagues, external partners and business partners at all levels.
  • Possesses strong judgement, leadership, communication, diplomacy, collaboration, and organisation skills
  • Independent and able to lead a team
  • Experience working within both Waterfall and Agile environment
  • Ready to learn new technologies where needed
  • Banking industry knowledge is desirable and Azure (preferred)
