Global leading Client is currently recruiting for a Big Data Developer that has experience with Big Data, Spark and Scala. Based in Belgium. 6 month rolling contract paying up to 850 Euro’s per day.

Essential skills and experience for the Big Data Developer, Big Data Engineer, SQL, Scala, Spark

• 6+ years of Big Data Experience
• Excellent coding skill in Scala
• Understanding Spark
• Experience in Structured Streaming
• Experience in Kafka Streams
• Proficiency in Linux environment
• Excellent communication skills and being able to work independently or in a full team
• 2+ years of Scala/Spark development experience
• 5+ years of Big Data experience
