E-commerce Front-end Developer / UX

Software Engineering

Greater London Permanent £30000.00 - £45000.00 per annum + Benefits

I am working for a fun tech start-up based in London’s Kings Cross. They focus on the little people and by little people, I mean children and getting them to enjoy the things kids don’t particularly like doing but been told what to do by their parents. You know, we’ve all been there and this organisation surely remembers the struggle. They have kept close to their inner child and want to make sure that kids have fun and have created a neat gadget to do those boring (yet important) tasks.

They are looking for an ambitious UX/Front-end developer to manage their e-commerce platforms. With 3 web stores with Shopify and reaching markets globally, you’ll be someone who has experience with the likes of WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript. Furthermore to that, you’ll have a good understanding of the customer’s journey and experience. Their target are families across the world, particularly children and parents so being innovative is key. This will include, design, dabbling a bit of web analytics, digital marketing and optimisation. Combining tech with design and product, this role will see you wear many hats and moulding your own success path in a growing company.

In return, you will be granted a market rate remuneration package, an awesome office culture with a casual dress code. They want their staff to be happy most of all so they additionally offer weekly team lunches and monthly team dinners plus all expense paid bi-annual retreat trips across UK/Europe too to recharge those batteries!

If your imagination is sky high, you enjoy technology and design and be involved with fun projects then please apply through the link or send your resume to jbhana@welovesalt.com

** Only applicants who are currently residing in the UK / EU or currently hold the right visa conditions to work in the UK will be considered **
