Front End Engineer

We are partnered with an amazing global intelligence platform business who are going through some really exciting growth in Software Engineering, and they’re now looking for an Front End Engineer to build, test and deploy features across their ecosystem of products. This would be a role consisting of hands on development on the front-end application, whilst also having a small involvement on the back-end.

Being a Front End Engineer, you’ll work closely with a variety of different people within the business to arrive at the best solution and immediately see the impact of your work.

You will be:

• Push the boundaries of modern front end engineering to build fast and ambitious web applications
• Work closely with our Product Team to build features that have a significant business impact
• Design elegant and intuitive UI components
• Proactively identify and improve our front-end developer experience
• Work in a small, qualified team – within a collaborative environment

To be successful in this role you will need to have:

• Have 3+ years of industry experience
• Solid understanding of JavaScript fundamentals (React & Redux)
• Understand the complexities of the DOM and CSS
• Navigate and write backend code where necessary
• Interested in working in a team applying data science to business problems
