Full stack developer

Full stack contract- Python/React- £450.00 per day- Remote

Our client are working with enterprise clients globally to improve critical decisions affecting their business supporting them to foster a culture of data-driven decision making, improving their performance with immediate access to data leveraging the evolution of immersive analytics. As a full stack developer you will have the opportunity to extend and improve on enterprise level systems, developing additional features, as well as maintaining the current code base.

You will be joining a team of highly experienced and skilled technologists and data-scientists who are continuously creating innovative ways to drive growth out of data.

In this role you will have the opportunity to extend and improve on enterprise level systems, working directly with product owners. You will oversee developing additional features, as well as maintaining the current code base. You will also be involved research and development projects, utilizing the industry’s emerging technologies. You will be expected to be able to perform in a fast-paced environment and be a driving factor in extending and supporting our systems

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, maintain and improve enterprise level systems
• Manage priorities to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met
• Follow through on requested tasks, despite roadblocks that you may encounter
• Quality Assurance testing of new website builds to ensure the final product completely meets the project requirements.
• Innovate. Solve problems

Requirements

• Experience with backend development using Python
• Experienced with Javacript and React would be a nice to have
• Experience with NoSQL and SQL Databases
• Experience with developing automated test suites
• Experience with REST APIs
• Experience with Git
• Interested in testing, maintaining, and debugging enterprise level software
• Hard working, open to constructive feedback, critical thinker, creative thinker, does not back down from a problem
• Innovative and dedicated to learning new and emerging technology
• Experience with Docker
• Experience with CI/CD Pipelines
