Javascript contract

React.JS contract- AI start-up- Remote working- £500-600 per day- Outside of IR35

Our client helps some of the world’s largest organizations to leverage the latest ML / AI technologies to improve their customer engagement to provide a world class experience which exceeds expectations.

The role:

• Build and maintain the front-end side of the AI platform.
• Debug production issues across multiple levels of the stack.
• Work with the engineering team to build new features on the AI platform.
• Work with the data science team to build visual explanations of models and reports.
• Improve engineering standards, tooling, and processes

Skills:

• Excellent recent and demonstrable React/Redux experience.
• ES6/ Webpack/
• Experience with RESTful API’s and basic HTTP knowledge
• Experience of working with lean startup/agile development methodologies
• Good Agile, TDD and CI experience.
• Knowledge and experience of AWS cloud components a big advantage
• Energy and motivation to get things done, working to ambitious timescales and overcoming obstacles with a can-do attitude to just get things done
• Knowledge of DevOps tooling an advantage, but not essential. Wercker, Terraform, Atlas etc
• Have a solid experience building out tooling for a modern JavaScript based website.
• Enjoy building software by making small and iterative changes.
