Lead Developer

They are looking for an advanced Full Stack Developer with relevant experience in PHP to join our team based in London, with solid experience in back-end web development and a genuine interest in the AdTech / Web environment.

What you can expect as a Lead Engineer:

• A supportive, collaborative and transparent team

• Take ownership of technology deliveries from high level requirement through development, testing and deployment

• Identify risks and issues early, plan mitigating steps and communicate these in a timely manner

• The opportunity to build an engineering team of up to 5 developers by the end of 2020

• Take part in a a completely greenfield project

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of server-side design and development in a professional environment

• A solid understanding of PHP Symfony, WordPress, JavaScript – AWS experience would be beneficial

• Excellent communication skills – ability to summarize issues and present for non-tech stakeholders

• Experience of mentorship / leadership

• Good track record with a portfolio of projects led to completion

• Collaborating with others on a shared code base and conducting peer code reviews
