.Net Head of Development

HANDS OFF Head of Development / .Net / Hands-off / E-Commerce / London / £80,000 – £95,000 + up to a 20% Bonus

My client who is one of the leading E-commerce companies is looking for a Head of Development who will be responsible for guiding, developing and growing their Software Development team.

As Head of Development, you will be working closely with the developer and key stakeholders in the business both onsite and offshore.

The Head of Development will also be making key technical choices, identifying and managing risk, implementing a new process, making key business decisions. This role is completely hands-off coding, however, the development and education of the development team will still be covered by the head of development.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development team in the most effective way which caters the needs of the business.
• C#, .Net and ASP.Net experience beneficial
• Excellent communications skills and stakeholder management
• Experience managing an Agile team / Agile Scrum
• Working with Offshore teams
