Node.js Software Engineer – London – Remote

We are looking for skilled Node.js software engineers to join my clients newly started team. This teams task will be building greenfield projects using public API, Webhooks, etc. You will report directly to an engineering manager, but your work will be in a team.

What you’ll be doing

  • Build and maintain quality and resilient web integrations to our platform;
  • Help customer experience and the commercial partnership team to validate ideas, integrations, and technical solutions;
  • Help partners to build integrations to our platform;
  • Collaborate closely with other Product and Design on roadmap ideas and priorities;
  • Taking full responsibility and ownership from conception to post-deployment in a fast-paced, collaborative environment;
  • Work closely with Product and Design.

Who you are

  • Solutions-oriented, who can find creative solutions to problems by putting together

things that already exist;

  • Proficient in Node.js and Typescript or Javascript;
  • Comfortable with writing and maintaining technical documentation;
  • Knowledgeable in good software testing practices, you are capable of creating test

suites that cover critical business as well as edge cases;

  • Knowledgeable in build automation practices and the tooling involved in building a

great automated development pipeline.

A plus

  • Knowledge of practical functional programming techniques;
  • AWS experience;
  • Scala experience
