Office 365 Tech lead –

Global leading Client is currently recruiting for an Office 365 tech lead who has hands on experience with Exchange migration and Ms exchange 2007, 2010 or 2013 Active directory federation services (ADFS). Based in Bristol 6 month rolling contract.

Experience and skills needed for an Office 365 tech lead who has hands on experience with Exchange migration and Ms exchange 2007, 2010 or 2013 Active directory federation services (ADFS).

• Rich hands on experience in handling Services on O365 environment primarily to Exchange online and Lync / SFB services
• High level understanding of different category of services in the context on O365 environment including SharePoint, Skype for Business, Lync and One Drive
• Knowledge & Experience in Exchange 2003, 2007 & 2010 and Office 365 – Exchange Online, Office 365 – Lync Online and other services
• Able to convert idea’s into creative solution architecture diagram with low level design document and configuration parameters
• Experience in building Hybrid environment with Office 365 – Exchange Online, Office 365 – Lync Online and other services other services and integration with on-premise environment. Also have experience in creating and configuring Office 365 tenants
• Should have an understanding on Single Sign On service using Microsoft ADFS
• Experience in using Microsoft Native migration tool for data migration from on-premise to Office 365 environment
• Multi factor authentication
• Should have knowledge and understand other Messaging service products available in the market
• Possess excellent written and oral communications skills including excellent documentation skills
• Able to develop business case based on requirement assessment and existing infrastructure
• Experience in designing and implementing complete end to end Messaging environment.
• Should have spent at least couple of years in management Messaging environment in all levels
• Backup and restore of exchange servers’ databases, Setting Disaster recovery policy
• Performing restoration drills, Analysis of backup and restore logs
• Mail routing/management, Installation and configuration of SMTP connector and other connectors
• Understanding and solution capability for Blackberry service, Anti-virus & Anti-spam solutions on various products

• Microsoft Certification MCSE, MCSA or any other relevant certification will do.
