Python Engineers needed for High Street Bank

Greater London Permanent £60000 - £87000 per annum

In a time of economic uncertainty, a lot of Python Engineers want to be working in a company that not only has interesting projects, modern technologies and clear career progression – but also one that they can be confident is stable for the future.

This is why I’m incredibly excited to be recruiting on behalf of one of the top high street banks in the UK as they embark on a huge recruitment campaign across the UK to hire Python Engineers in 2023 to work on a broad range of innovative greenfield projects in both commercial and retail banking.

One of the most successful financial services in Britain over the past century, they are a business who continue to innovate and demonstrate a progressive attitude in everything they do.

As a Python Engineer you will be working across a modern stack including: Python, Kafka, AWS/GCP, MongoDB, Docker, Kubernetes and many other technologies – the bank also uses Java and Javascript extensively so you can also upskill in these areas.

For these Python Engineer positions they are paying between £60,000 to £87,000 + outstanding benefits like 10% pension (non contributory), bonuses, 30 days holiday (plus bank holidays), 12 months parental leave and many more.

They have a very flexible working environment – a number of people work remotely or even work compressed hours – so if you have the right skills they should be able to accommodate your needs, as long as you’re based in the UK!

They have amazing offices in Central London if you do prefer to work onsite.

Interviews are happening now, so get in touch with me, Reuben Jenkins – rjenkins @
