Ruby Software Engineer

I am recruiting for an established global business backed by financial giants who are delivering software using the latest cutting edge technologies in a dynamic structure to disrupt apart of the way the financial industry currently works.

In simple terms, being a part of this upbeat team would involve crafting new features using Ruby within a TDD environment as well as shipping quality code to make a difference to people’s lives. If you are someone who has a deep understanding of object-orientated programming within a Rails environment and has a desire to learn, grow and try new ideas you’ll make this an even better place to work.

Key technologies:

• Working in a Ruby on Rails environment (1+ year)
• Relational databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL
• Desire to work using TDD
• Experienced with object-orientated programming

This is not a list of essential skills so if you’re an experienced Ruby Developer looking to stay hands-on or climb the career ladder into management and you haven’t got a couple of these technologies in your stack then that doesn’t matter.
