Your role and responsibilities:

  • Using exciting technologies to solve real-world problems in a timely manner
  • Always looking to use the right tools and technologies for the right job
  • Always listening, always learning, but always willing to teach and mentor
  • Making things as simple as possible, but not simpler
  • Holding ourselves to account for what we deliver, when, and why
  • Working closely with Product Managers/Owners, Designers and Testers as part of a cross-functional team

Your skills and experience:

  • A skilled engineer, in the truest sense
  • A champion of patterns and best practices (going beyond the dogma)
  • Experienced in cloud architecture, instrumentation, and CI/CD
  • Experienced in .NET/ASP.NET (including Core), Azure, Docker, Design Patterns, RESTful API design, SQL, async programming, distributed storage
  • Willing to take accountability for the decisions (and mistakes!) you make
  • Able to solve technical and non-technical problems independently, but willing to ask for help when necessary
  • A clear and articulate communicator, who knows the value of collaboration
