Senior Software Developer

We have partnered with an early-stage start-up with significant VC funding that is focused on building tools and platforms for developers. Their ethos is to create innovative solutions to enhance the developer experience, making developers more efficient when facing day to day problems in a greatly more technology driven world!

They are seeking a Senior Software Developer to join their passionate team, working on serverless apps, creating highly scalable code, developing microservices architectures and identifying areas for new greenfield projects.

This is a fully remote opportunity that will come autonomy, so being an organised and motivated developer is essential. As you’ll be one of the early hires in the team there is an attractive 6 figure salary with equity!

Key Responsibilities

• Build custom GraphQL services using Node.js and TypeScript
• Build and deploy serverless applications
• Be a source for great ideas and new features for products
• Set up, manage, and optimize MongoDB databases
• Help improve workflows and deployment processes
• Experience in working with Stack Overflow
• Write and test code, debugging and creating solutions
• Optimising code for performance
• Deploy services using Docker and Kubernetes

Nice to have experience

• Knowledge/ experience with DevOps/SecOps
• Experience in building production projects with Golang
• Experience working with WebAssembly
• Open-source projects experience
• Experience building website in React
