PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Purpose of the project in scope of this document: The aDCE Operating System builds on the Lean Foundation but will focus much more on the shop floor leadership – to give them the tools, the systems, the data and the skills to drive performance management from the shop floor.

SERVICE DESCRIPTION

The scope of services includes the following tasks, which are independently
performed by the external:

  • Create the aDCE change management framework and blueprint (framework to cover 3 pillars: communications, engagement, trainings). providing a PowerPoint Master for this.
  • Develop the change story (key messages and drops along the implementation of the aDCE Operating System)
  • Refresh the graphic environment to fit with the change story
  • Develop a recommendation of what is to be included in the communication toolbox and level of- and guidance for localization – check and approve above mentioned recommendations
  • Design the elements of the approved communication toolbox
  • Test the communications toolbox in DCs selected, gather feedback from the test from the toolbox users and improve the toolbox with feedback gathered.
  • The performance of the contractor has the goal: Provide the right framework and toolbox to transform the perception and buy-in of aDCE by the target audience (DC leadership teams).
