Service Desk Assistant, Help desk

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a famous global Digital Agency with over 50 offices in over 42 countries globally.

Role responsibilities

· Daily checking of Brand Management Platform (BMP) service desk inquiries from European subsidiaries and email requests for troubleshooting

· Examine, analyse, and categorise issues, and raise them to relevant stakeholders for maintenance

· Resolve administrative or technical issues, where possible, communicating directly with developers

· Maintain excellent knowledge of the BMP operations as its first point of contact for support

· Provide operational maintenance reports for regular status meetings

· Assist in JIRA ticket management, progress monitoring, support subs with guidance and assets

· Report to Line Manager on progress

· Maintain and build key relationships with existing managers within the Agency and with existing managers of 3rd party vendors

· Support senior account team members – provide administrative and project management support on major project, when required

· Administer financial assistant of projects related to 3rd party suppliers – generate job numbers, raise purchase orders, and receive or requests invoices for billing to keep track of project closing

Ideal experience

· Experience in fast-paced retail / digital agency environment is preferred

· Technical skills (e.g. use of a Help Desk Providing or Issue Tracking Ticketing system such as JIRA) are desired

· Excellent communication skills are mandatory

· Exceptional attention to detail is essential
