Software Engineer – NHS – Hybrid Working – 6 Month Contract – Negotiable Day Rate

A key Public Sector client of mine is looking for a Software Engineer to join their team on a contract basis. Some travel will be required once a month to the client’s site in Yorkshire. Experience of developing desktop and web applications as well as relevant experience working in systems and database administration is essential.

Software Engineer Knowledge Required:

  • Detailed knowledge of Server configuration and Microsoft Database Applications – C#.NET

  • Knowledge of web development
  • Knowledge of REST APIs
  • Knowledge of development tools – TFS
  • Knowledge of transporting data
  • Knowledge of unit testing
  • Knowledge of Database Design and Development
  • Experience of application development
  • Knowledge of queries/scripting.
  • Extensive knowledge of database management
  • Knowledge of mobile application development.
  • Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (web or desktop).
  • Agile development methodology
  • Knowledge of IDE’s and Cloud based development tools

  • Knowledge of Current UI frameworks
  • Knowledge of Micro Services
  • Knowledge of latest .NET runtime environments
  • Knowledge of JSON, XML, FHIR
  • Knowledge of Automation testing frameworks

A full driving license is required.
