We’re after a systems analyst to improve our client’s business applications and drive value back to the business.

The day to day

· Provide support to end-users on day to day issues

· Provide coverage for data entry and manipulation, as it relates to data updates, policy changes, etc.

· Work with business and other team members to identify and recommend system improvements

· Support the Commercial and Marketing Operations teams in projects to improve workflow processes

· Configure, test and implement solutions.

· Work with users to develop and execute User Acceptance Tests

· Assists with bi-annual product upgrades, including detailed review of new functionality and full testing of existing customizations

· Develop and maintain up-to-date education material related to the ERP systems to enable effective “how-to” knowledge of the ERP systems.

· Provide application training

· Remain up to date with technical and industry developments.

Desired Skills and Experience

· Experience with or exposure to ERP Systems, NetSuite OpenAir or similar preferred

· Experience within an Agency or professional services organisation

· Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team

· Inquisitive nature and curiosity to understand the business and how it operates

· A commercial mindset; ability to prioritise issues which have the greatest operational impact

· Tenacity to achieve system and process improvements even when faced with bottlenecks or roadblocks

· Ability to communicate effectively with people throughout the business, both verbally and in writing, especially for system training and education purposes.

The successful candidate will receive a basic salary between £30,000 – £40,000 and a ton of benefits
