We have partnered with one of London’s fastest growing Saas Solution start-ups that have created a product for designing and implementing Subscription Experiences onto websites and apps. Due to their continued growth they are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join their busy team.
They are a collaborative business that is highly invested in upskilling and training their team, with this in mind they are looking for an enthusiastic skilled Technical Support Engineer that will help drive the team forward and that is happy to work in their London office once a week.
In this role you will be providing technical end user advice during product rollout and integration, through to helping replicate bugs and manage the lifecycle, specifically working on how to speed up slow websites and debug them.
London Based – once a week in the office
Shift pattern – Mon – Friday, 8am-4:30pm & 12pm-8:30pm
