Outsourcing Governance Analyst – Banking – Processes, forecasting, Stakeholders, Contracts – London

Rate: £400 – 500 per day

Length: 6 months + extension

We are working with the world’s largest settlements bank in London who are looking to hire an experienced Outsourcing Governance Analyst on an initial 6 month contract.

The Outsourcing Governance analyst will develop and implement controls around outsourcing provide and communicate comprehensive high-quality data.

Key Knowledge:

• Understanding of outsourcing contractual documentation and regulation
• Knowledge of key contract terms, regulatory and basic procurement processes
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft office, in particular Excel

Experience:

• Developing complex documentation such as contracts, policies and processes
• Must have experience of building Outsourcing processes for goods and services (outsourcing life cycle and business analysis
• Experience in reviewing, drafting and understanding contractual information
• Experience in reviewing, forecasting, budgeting and cost comparisons
• Experience in negotiating and influencing third-party and internal stakeholders
• Significant experience in working within legal, regulatory, financial services or in a large complex organistion

Skills:

• Ability to analyse complex information, organise and plan projects
• Ability to deliver training to internal stakeholders
• Ability to review large complex documentation for accuracy
• Excellent communicatin skills – verbal and written
• Excellent organisation and time management skills

Desirable:

Regulatory filing knowledge on Outsourcing with CSDR, GDPR AND SYSC8
