Kony/Quantum Support Administrator

Job Description: To perform the installation, configuration, and administration of Kony/Quantum platform on the following App Servers: (IBM WebSphere Application Servers, JBoss EAP)

Preferred Qualification: * Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or any related field.
* 8-10 years IT operations experience.
* High level interpersonal and communication skills both written and oral.
* Must have the aptitude and the interest to work in a variety of technologies
* Must possess the ability to craft innovative technical solutions in a challenging environment
* Comfortable in supporting production systems any time of the day (24×7)

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Good administration experience with Kony/Quantum Platform (Not Development).
Maintains and extends a stable production, development and testing middleware/Kony/Quantum infrastructure.
Major Areas of Responsibility:
Administration and Support for Kony/Quantum platform in Production environment.
WebLogic & JBoss Application Server administration
Configuration and troubleshooting of above technologies
Installation, upgrades and patching of above products
Experience in Performance tuning of above products
Experience in the following is essential:
Experience in the administration of Kony/Quantum Platform in the production environment
Experience in the administration of IBM WebSphere Application Server, JBoss.
Experience with shell scripting
At least 1 years’ experience with RedHat/Linux administration
TCP/IP Network familiarity
Administration of IBM MQ, Message Broker
Experience of IBM BPM, ODM
Java (J2EE) Development knowledge would be advantages
Commercial experience of Internet Technologies.
