Job Title: Senior Project Manager Infrastructure

Location: Belgium (Remote working is an option)

Salt are working closely with a customer which specialize in the financial sector. Our customer is keen to hire a senior project manager with detailed JDE functional experience on the finance side. The successful candidate will help roll out JDE using a global model in several countries. Also, you will be expected to help with the interfaces.

Job description:

Working as a Finance Consultant you will contribute to the quality and the timely delivery of financial software that complies with company and legal standards and fulfils business requirements. The Finance Consultant will Assist in analyzing, designing, testing and implementing medium-sized to larger projects.

Key skills required will include:

* The integration effort in light of a recent acquisition, major standardization initiative and/or increased/modified activities

* Provide regular updates on project plans to the PMO, covering status of collection of user requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, Go-live, Post Go-Live support until handover to Support organization

* The other operational application teams (Supply Chain, Order Management, Manufacturing)

* Local Country Finance, eSSC, Center of Excellence and other interested parties

* The Software development teams and IT-infrastructure teams

* Design software solutions that comply with US-GAAP, statutory and legal requirements but which deviate by a minimum from the Global and European model.

* Write functional specifications for enhancements/customization to be made on off-the-shelf software

* Ensure the solution and processes implemented are cost effective, without jeopardizing the customers ability to comply with statutory, legal, US-GAAP regulations and Corporate Policies.
