Solutions Architect

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Develop technical presentations, technical bids, and solutions for client-specific requirements

· Develop client-specific value propositions, solutions, client engagement plans, and associated business cases

· Respond to RFI / RFP / RFQ for customers through effective stakeholder management (internal and external), solution, propose building, and closing opportunities

· Build and maintain direct senior-level relationships (key influencers and decision-makers) within Americas accounts, facilitating relationships with the customer.

· Minimum of 10 years of experience in mobile telecom pre-sales, architecture, or systems engineering

· Detailed technical understanding of mobile network infrastructure, mobile network evolution, and mobile technology stack, including knowledge in 5G, 4G/LTE, VoLTE, IMS, RAN, Open-RAN, EPC, VNF, SDN, Security, Virtualization (VM and Containers), Optical/transport, OSS/BSS, DC/Cloud, and private networks.

· Collaboratively and objectively assesses benefits, costs, and viability of proposed solution options and drives alignment across a diverse group of stakeholders.

· Ability to leverage business knowledge, sound judgement, and resourcefulness to determine an appropriate course of action in challenging, ambiguous situations.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to engage with and present ideas to the senior leadership team and customers. Provides key input to facilitate the decision-making process.

· Experience in supporting sales and technical professionals.

· Proven track record in engaging and managing mobile clients in diverse profiles (large-multinational, small-local), as well as industry/vertical-specific solutions.

· Passion for innovation and drive for excellence

· BS/BA degree – technical field preferred

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

· BS degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Telecom related field

· MS degrees in the above fields would a plus.
