Digital Operations Support (2nd Line) Engineer | 3-month contract (Shift work and overtime required)

My client is looking to hire a support squad for their Digital Operations team, to help link traditional IT and Digital Operations.

This role will be an initial contract until November, with the possibility of extension.

Shift work will be required ( 8am-4pm) and (11am-7pm) with monthly on-call and weekend shifts required.

My client is a holiday site, so typically issues will be around guests’ technical issues.

Key skills required:

  • p3/4 troubleshooting (guest app issues)
  • incident management
  • Ticket escalation
  • Ticket management (using ManageEngine)
  • Monitoring (DataDog)
  • Password resets, user/system access, user creation

This role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills to handle all issues. Candidates open to continual service improvement ideas will be welcome, as well as those with 2nd line support skills around product management/support.
