Network Engineer – Paris

Our Client is urgently seeking an experienced Network Engineer for a 6 month contract role in Paris.

The main missions of the service are:
1. Manage production and follow up
2. Participate in projects, both in the design phase and in production.

Your Profile:
* Education: Computer Engineer with knowledge of network and security hardware: Cisco and Checkpoint.
* Knowledge of Microsoft and Unix operating systems
* Knowledge of scripting language (ideally perl)
* Language: good level of English (documentation to read and write in English, meetings to be conducted in English).
* Profile: motivation to apprehend new technologies. Autonomy, method and rigor.

Your main activities:
Provide 2nd/ 3rd level support for Network, Telecom and Security aspects.
Ensure the administration of the network and security infrastructure.
Participate in network and security infrastructure deployment projects.
