QA Manager – 50% remote – Erlangen, Germany

50% Remote Contract – Global Sports Retail Company – Erlangen

I am after an experienced QA Manager on a 6 month contract (initial) with the flexibility to work remotely 50%.

Skills / expertise required for this contract: (This is a hands on role in a fast paced environment)

• Ability to drive the QA operational process for an agile cross functional team and establish best practice
• Willing to work side by side with the QA and development team to both identify and resolve defects
• Experience with Agile methodologies Scrum and Kanban
• Ability to lead and mentor a distributed QA team
• Experience managing offshore remote QA teams
• Proficient in JIRA and Confluence
• In depth experience of automated API testing
