QA Tester

Global leading client is currently recruiting for a QA Automation tester with experience in testing Full stack applications, functional testing and QA automation techniques. Based in London, 6 month rolling contract paying up to £400 per day.

Essential Skills for the QA automation tester with experience in testing Full stack applications, Functional testing and QA automation techniques.

• Experience of testing full-stack applications with an understanding of functional testing, QA automation techniques and best practices.
• Strong experience of testing RESTful APIs
• Experience of Behaviour Driven Development (BDD) with focus on specification by example and knowledgeable in Test Driven Development with NodeJS
• Proven experience of Test Planning, Test Cycle Management and creating and executing Test Cases
• Experience of testing tools/frameworks to include some of the following; Cucumber, Protractor, Mocha/ Chai, Super test
• Experience of writing Test Automation frameworks in NodeJS
• Experience of testing UI’s, Services and API’s
• Experience of running automated test suites on remote
• Experience of working in Agile methodology
• CI/CD – Continuous Integration experience using a number of build and pipeline tools
