Service Desk Analyst

Global leading Client is currently recruiting for a Service Desk Analyst based in Brussels that has experience 1st and 2nd line support (Helpdesk/ Desktop support. Based in Brussels paying up to 300 Euro’s per day – 6 month rolling contract.

Essential skills and experience for the Service Desk Analyst – 1st line support, 2nd line support – Active Director, Windows, MS Office Suite, Exchange, ITSM ticketing

• Clients: Windows 10, Windows7, Windows Vista, Windows XP,
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange
• ITSM ticketing tools such as Remedy, HP Service Center, Peregrine Service Center
• User account creation for Active Directory, Exchange Mailboxes, Distribution lists
• Remote desktop connectivity applications like SCCM, Bomgar, WebEx, Live Meeting, and Windows Native tools
• MS Office Suite (XP, 2003, 2007): MS-Word, MS Excel, MS-PowerPoint, MS-Outlook, MS Project, and MS Visio
• Internet browsers (e.g. Explorer, Chrome, Firefox),
• VPN and remote dial-in users
• Support for laptop, desktops, and printers
• Technical helpdesk or technical call center experience is necessary.
• Disciplined, systematic problem solving skills required.
• Hands-on work experience with the following:
