Essential skills required for the Testing Manager, Test Manager, Test lead

• strong team management skill
• strong planning and management skills in projects with tight timelines
• ability to organize unit to work independently from other project members and take responsibility for overall solution quality
• strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to liaise with a variety of stakeholders (developers, analysts, PMs)
• ability to identify and communicate development and analytical gaps to project team
• ability to identify affected functionality and regression scope
• attention to detail
• competent technical skills
• ability to read and write documents in English
• advanced knowledge in securities and derivatives market

Essential experience for the Testing Manager, Test Manager, Test lead

• 7+ years Testing Experience in all phases (requirements thru release management) of STLC & team management
• proven 7+ years experience in test management of applications in the projects, including test estimations preparation, test scope, test plans, test cases, regress scenarios preparation, execution, demo sessions execution
• 7+ years of total work experience in banks or financial companies with advanced knowledge in securities, derivatives market, consumer and digital banking
• Advanced English
