Workday Functional Recruiting Lead required for a Global Corporate Shared Services team within the financial services

Your role will be the following:

Own the Workday Roadmap of change, partnering with the Talent Acquisition Leadership to determine priorities.

Manage a small team of Workday configurators to ensure timely delivery of requirements..

Scope process improvement opportunities for the talent acquisition function, driving consistency across systems, processes, data and reporting

Drive standard methodologies among our end users by ensuring they are involved in each project from conception through to delivery

Collaborate with internal teams and other functional areas to create innovative new solutions and enhancements

Functional domain specialist of the Workday Recruiting platform for all business processes, enhancements and day to day operations.

Shown Workday configuration experience and ability to problem solve.
