Key responsibilities for the Workday Integration Consultant (Project & Business as usual support, Studio, Core Connectors, DT (xslt), Custom Reports, BIRT)

Delivering new integration as required

Trouble-shoot, correction, and configuration of existing integrations

Proactively keep updated with Workday updates and news and apply knowledge to improve/enhance existing and future Integration

Apply defined practices for delivering and supporting integrations and the integrations processes

Post go-live support including Workday upgrades and new releases

Key experience for the Workday Integration Consultant

3+ years’ experience in Workday Integration specialist role and participated in at least one life cycle implementation

Experienced Workday HCM Intergration consultant (essential)

Workday certification (advantage)

Experience of Workday system integrations (essential)

Experience in Workday Studio , EIB, BIRT, Cloud connect (Highly desirable)

From Big 4 consulting (Deloitte, PwC or KPMG) or Accenture/IBM, Kainos, Mercer, Alight, One Source Virtual, Collkaborative Solutions etc or from a large multinational organisation holding the Workday Integration Analyst roles and having built a significant volume of varied integrations (highly desirable)

Ability to apply strong business skills and methodologies to interpret data, business processes and deliver solutions to clients

Excellent communication skills
