B2B Growth Marketing Manager (Amsterdam) €45,000 – €55,000

Note: This role is based in Amsterdam. Due to COVID, applicants will be considered for a remote start but must be willing to relocate to Amsterdam within 6 months as the role will be a mix of office and remote working

Great opportunity for an enthusiastic, driven Digital Marketing Manager (B2B) who wants to contribute to an award-winning FinTech app’s YTS journey

Key Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for multi-channel campaigns to generate qualified leads for the sales team
• Optimise digital strategy to maximise ROI
• Develop E-mail marketing activities to pre-qualify leads
• Improve conversion rates (Optimise campaign results)
• Create new customer personas and lead profiles

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing/ Demand Generation/ Growth marketing (preferably in the fintech industry, although all tech start-ups will be considered)
• B2B experience is a must
• Experience in demand generation and inbound marketing (including lead generation and nurturing, SEO/SEM, marketing campaign execution and measurement)
• Excellent communication & project management skills (you’ll need to be familiar with tools such as Trello & Jira)
• Need to be analytical, report and data and optimise the results
• Experience working in a fast-paced start-up environment
• Experience with Salesforce, Braze, Mailchimp
