The Role

A GTM Lead is needed for the Nordic region, being based in any of the Nordic countries, but preferably in Denmark due to the concentration of clients in that region.

As a GTM Lead, you will be at the forefront of top line growth, within the digital business unit, developing existing customer and service offerings in partnership with the sales and delivery teams.

You will be managing business opportunities in emerging areas of digital business in the European region, preferably across Retail, CPG and Manufacturing, through the ability to manage large and complex opportunities, working with cross functional teams and bringing together technical and commercial solutions.

You will understand the digital value chain, including the articulation of business and IT drivers, working alongside offshore technical teams to present GTM solutions to target customers.

The Candidate

The successful GTM Lead, Nordics will most likely bring the following skills and experience:

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience with a Tier 1 IT Outsourcing Organisation.
  • Or must come from a background of Engagement Management, Consulting, Solution Delivery and/or Pre-Sales within the Digital Tech/SaaS space.
  • Must have worked on enterprise deals and delivery projects within the Retail, Manufacturing or CPG industries.
  • Critical to have knowledge and background of working with the majority of the following technology ecosystem: Digital Experience platforms, UX & UI, Cloud, Mobility, API’s, Micro-Services, AI & ML, Application Modernisation, RPA, Big Data and Data Science.
  • The ability to create market-based propositions and develop the sub-market for digital business.
  • Understanding of how to create effective partner ecosystems within the digital space, with knowledge of the above technologies.
  • Strong business and commercial acumen, with the ability to build and manage client relationships, lead, and win complex sales opportunities and drive existing and new business through conceptualising strategies, developing key accounts, and establishing strategic partnerships.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to make consultative sales, analytical problem-solving abilities, and good client-need-assessment aptitude.
