Over the years, Salt has grown into a truly global business. Salt New Zealand is our longest standing operation and started in 2003. Salt Recruitment Group started in 2010 in London and subsequently opened offices in Sydney, New York, and Dubai. In 2015, Salt Recruitment Group merged with Salt in New Zealand, which added offices in Hong Kong, Singapore, and Kuala Lumpur. In 2019, Salt acquired specialist digital, tech, media, and sales firm, Xpand, followed by a part-acquisition of Recruit Digital in 2020. In February 2020, we also opened our office in Austin followed by an office in Johannesburg. In 2021 we extended our European offering by opening offices in Amsterdam and Brussels. We now have 14 offices and a team of over 200 consultants!
