Head of UX Research

My client is looking for a Head of UX Research to join the team. This person will be one of the core members of the team and will have the opportunity to help grow out their own team as the business expands further.

Role Purpose:

This role is key to help inspire research methods, design, and provide valuable learnings about how we can revolutionize experience for our customer’s journey. They will have a direct impact on product strategy, roadmaps, and the detailed design of a platform that empowers our product.

Role Details:

• Head up all research related initiatives, market research, and work with data analysts, UX leads to perform in-depth analysis and provide insightful, 360-degree observations about customer behavior by integrating insights from a wide variety of sources and turning them into user model or framework, flows and wireframes

Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years experience
• Hands on experience with standard survey, usability benchmarking, and/or data analysis tools (e.g. Survey Monkey, Qualtrics, Userzoom, SPSS)
