UX Director

I am currently looking for a UX/CX Director for one of my clients. The role is with a super innovative, fast paced start-up based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities

• Ensure that established design standards are consistently and appropriately applied within design work
• Engage with product management, engineering, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors to understand projects
• Develop and present documentation, user flows, annotated wireframes, and interactive prototypes
• Lead Customer Research to drive meaningful insights and improvements
• Work closely with the Customer Care, Marketing and Product team to design holistic map customer journeys, including technology, product, business intelligence, operations and marketing
• Leverage user testing make product improvements
• Reporting directly to the CPO

Qualifications

• 6+ years in the UX/UI/CX field
• Strong portfolio evidencing work in a similar role
• Proficiency in Figma/Sketch/XD
