The ideal candidate will lead this start up with the full scope of Customer Experience and partner with the organization on all Customer strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
You’ll be focussed on our customer and merchant success management. You’ll create processes and systems to help our online and offline merchant onboarding, setup and troubleshoot issues quickly and efficiently. You’ll want to make the process as seamless as possible for everyone involved.
You’ll take charge of helping achieve our stretching efficiency targets, and ensuring the customer care team they have everything they need to support our customers and merchants alike. You’ll be pivotal in creating a high performing team.
You’ll be responsible for giving our customers an amazing order experience from the moment they’ve clicked “buy”. Managing all aspects of this journey and making it as seamless as possible.
