The HR Optimization Manager will act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert – taking on and leading projects and initiatives to deliver a best in-class HR function for this global business.
This role will be 100% remote.
Principal Responsibilities:
Oversee and/or support key HR-wide projects as part of HR’s overall transformation.
Determine business needs and implement process improvement solutions through process mapping, observation, and analysis
Have a key focus on streamlining global payroll.
Drive efficiencies across numerous global HR end-to-end processes; focus on simple, effective and efficient
Facilitate collaboration and problem solving across HR and firm-wide teams
Identify potential areas of automation in HR Operations and partner with HRIS to develop business requirements.
