Role Summary
* Provide advice and resolve employee disciplinary, grievance, performance, absence and employment related matters in accordance with company policies and procedures, UAE and KSA Labor Law and best practice.
* Process offer letters and manage all aspects of employee employment visas and UAE Government requirements working closely with the PRO.
* Manage employee onboarding, orientation and off boarding through to final settlement.
* Develop HR policies and processes.
* Manage health insurance for all employees.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR employee files.
* Manage the probation and annual performance review process.
* Prepare policies and employee handbook.
* Manage the male company accommodation.
