Responsibilities
* Support the Senior Learning and Development Manager in managing process of training needs identification and deciding on the type and number of training courses required
* Design and develop training programs of different learning interventions such as classroom, virtual and online based
* Project manage the certification programs through different stages to deliver as per agreed deliverables.
* Deliver identified learning programs to custom target audience of behavioural and system skills based on business needs.
* Conduct induction programs as required, for new joiners by providing them in-depth information on the products, job responsibilities, customer service standards, and policies and procedures. Share feedback on status with the HR team for complete follow through.
* Benchmark good practices, both internally and externally and recommend solutions to address identified needs related to talent development and employee engagement
