Our client, a Digital Disruptor across the Middle East, is looking for a Research Analyst to lead all aspects of the sales funnel for the B2B and product/ technology teams.
Responsibilities of the job include:
- Drive the Research strategy and execution of all lifecycle marketing
- Implement KPIs for the lifecycle program alongside the analytics teams and have a focus on optimisation.
- Liaising with product teams and other internal stakeholders to deliver business objectives
- Technical campaign planning
- Nurture the businesses customers throughout their lifecycle from initial acquisition through to purchase with attention to detail and pure focus on the customer journey.
- Analysis and report generation
- Operating broadcast tool on a day to day basis e.g. Making selections, setting up campaigns, reporting etc
- Working with the wider agency to deliver best practice campaigns and strategic projects
- Ability to make recommendations and suggestions to improve existing campaigns and always strive for continuous improvement.
Required Skills:
- Experience working in a high-growth company is preferred
- Salesforce CRM experience a must
- Implementation of a CRM tool from scratch would be beneficial
- SQL experience required
- CRM experience within a B2B digital environment is required
- Up-to-date knowledge of marketing technologies (MarTech)
- Interpersonal skills managing and co-ordinating various stakeholder requests and objectives
Candidate Requirements:
- BS or MS degree
- 3-5 years experience with CRM & analytics
