Performance Marketing Executive

My client, a successful Technology start-up is currently looking for a Growth Marketing Executive to join their growing team in Dubai. The Growth Marketing Executive will be responsible to design and implement data driven campaign strategies to drive lead generation through digital channels.

This is a cross-functional role, collaborating across international marketing and sales teams to ensure successful delivery of all integrated campaigns and marketing initiatives to penetrate target accounts and increase consumption within established customers.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drive customer acquisition and brand consideration through digital marketing channels, always ensuring that business goals are met.
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies, utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
• Work with the Performance marketing agency to develop and optimize marketing campaigns.
• Conduct customer and competitive research strategy and programs, as well as provide insight on short and long term market trends and reports
• Ensure brand and content strategy and experiences can live native to relevant mediums, spanning all digital channels, including direct response, display, video, search, email, social and mobile marketing
• Experience using Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar analytics platforms
• Experience with product optimization, including: conversion funnels, page optimization
• Work closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to determine targets and appropriate content to reach defined prospects

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

• Master’s Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
• 3+ years’ experience working in a similar field
• Previous experience in B2C marketing, ideally for a SaaS or online business
• Good knowledge of digital space
• Experience with email marketing tools is a plus
• Experience with webinar tools is a plus
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Strong creative problem-solving skills;
• Extraordinary attention to detail;
• Native English speaking a preference
